Walter Byrd is one of the partners leading the overall South Florida operations for Transwestern as well as the industrial practice. Ted Bywater is chairman of the board for the Bywater Co., which he started in 1997. Phil Carroll is a senior vice president in the income property group of KeyBank Real Estate Capital and has direct responsibility for the commercial loan origination business in the Southeast.
Prior to joining KeyBank in 2003, Carroll spent 18 years with the real estate banking group at Bank of America. He was in the Miami office for 11 years and the Baltimore office for seven years.
